At school I use a Canon XA10 but at home I use a gimbal and rig for an iPhone when I want to shoot something outside of school. I edit in Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Adobe Premier Rush, and Premier Pro. I am skilled in editing, filming, and scriptwriting, but I would love to work on my sound design to further my talents in sports videography.

One of the biggest inspirations for me is Torrin Reichers. He was the STN Student of the Year in 2023, so I got the chance to meet him at the convention. He has worked for California State University Northridge and UCLA, creating sports films, including an epic one for UCLA’s game against Washington. He demonstrates that you can make it in the film and sports videography industry even as a young person.
